Conservation Cartography: From Patagonia to Sounds of the Wild West
As we move out of the information age and into the attention age, conservation organizations need new tools to tell their story, stand out in the crowd, and connect with their audience. Maps serve not only as tools for navigation but also for storytelling. In this talk, Ross presents his experience mapping Patagonia National Park and his work on the Esri Story Maps team. He also discusses tips, tools, and techniques for telling stories with maps.
